Welcome Home! The neighborhood would like the opportunity to get to know you and welcome you to your new community. If you are a new resident, or know of someone that has just moved into the community, the neighborhood would love to hear about it!

Below is some New Resident Information for you.
  • New Resident Information
    MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS -these payments are made quarterly and cover all the common areas; streets, gatehouse, home security system and cable, pool and tennis courts. It is your responsibility to contact Bristol Management Co at 561-575-3551 and make them aware of your arrival. Also Residents leaving are obligated to notify Bristol.



    HOME SECURITY SYSTEM - contact DEVCON at 800-537-6426, regarding your ownership and to provide a security password.



    RESIDENT CLUBHOUSE - is located on Pin Oak Drive. Key is required for entry, and may be obtained at the Clubhouse Office. Entrance is on the left side of the building. The office is opened 9:00am to 1:00 pm. Photo id is required, or the deed to your property. First key is at no charge, second key $30. Office phone #692-4877.



    AUTO BAR CODE – Appointment required for installation. Contact the Administrative Assistant at the clubhouse.



    RECYCLING CONTAINERS – can be obtained by calling 546-7700. Sanitation Collections are Monday and Thursday. Recycling is on MONDAYS only. Kindly refrain from placing your garbage out the evening prior, as wildlife will pull apart. Boxes used for moving need to be broken down before placing at curbside.



    GATEHOUSE – needs to be contacted if you are having guests or vendor deliveries. Contact 692-4800.



    SPEED LIMIT- is 25 miles per hour on all roads of this Community. Safety is a major concern for other drivers, walkers, bicyclists and children.



    BULLETIN BOARD - located in the Pin Oak Clubhouse. Please read and contact any appropriate Chairperson for more information on activities, if interested.



    POOL HOURS - 8a.m. to dusk. Key is required for entry. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No pets allowed.



    Social Hour - you are encouraged to meet your neighbors on Fridays 5-7 p.m. Check the Bulletin Board at the Clubhouse to see, if open, during the summer months. First Friday of the month is a Pot Luck dinner.

    There are many activities that may be of interest to you. These also will be posted on the bulletin board with contact numbers.



    HOME OWNER DIRECTORY - will be published once per year.



    LEASE APPLICATION: - May be obtained from the Administrative Assistant at the Clubhouse or from the web site (under - library/forms)

  • SECURITY
    Anyone purchasing a new home or a resale home in the community will need to contact Devcon @ 1-888-279-8848 (our in-home security monitoring Co.) to activate the system and to make sure your home is being monitored. A technician will need to come to your home to set this system up and to allow you to put in your coding information, password, etc. This system will also serve to monitor for fires if you are away and the system is activated.
